Warren Lee Post

Warren Lee Post, 64, of Ayr, Nebraska passed away on March 27, 2026 at The Pines in Blue Hill NE. Warren is the son of Bernard and Kathleen Post.  Raised on the farm, he knew from the beginning that farming is what he always wanted to do. He worked alongside his dad and then his brother, John, at Post Farms. As his parents aged, Warren devoted his time and gifts to caring for them to allow them to stay as long as possible on the family farm. Although he was often a man of few words, if he started telling you stories or jokes, you had a friend. Warren never met a dog he didn’t love, and he enjoyed sharing fast food fries with Diesel, the family farm dog, when he would come home from Hastings. 

Left to honor Warren’s memory are his brother, John Post and significant other Deborah Holden, nieces Shari and Chris Kriz (Ashlee, Kami), Jamie and John Eberly (Milana, Paxton) two great great nieces, one great great nephew and cousins. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, sister Linda Post, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
