He owned and operated his own grain and livestock farm. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending his nieces and nephew’s activities. His strong determination to get back to the farm amazed his rehabilitation teams throughout multiple medical crises. He always had a strong desire to drive the combine. His motivation to be able to get into the combine for harvest motivated him to work hard. His youthful antics plowed a wide path for his siblings to follow. His siblings who swear they didn’t use this path, include; Gene (Eileen) Hubl, Darrell Hubl, Nancy (Don) Lemke and Judy (Burt) Schroer. His Father John Hubl. His nieces and nephews include; Katie (Jeff) Loshonkohl, Jeff (Jennifer) Hubl, Ryan (Jaycee) Schroer, Emily (Brent) Roberts, Rachel (Gregg) Schlueter, Michael (Amy) Schroer, Daniel Schroer and Kevin Schroer.
