Teddi Eugene Schriner

Teddi Eugene Schriner, 57, passed away Monday October 28, 2019 at Seward Memorial Hospital, Seward, Nebraska.  Memorial service will be Saturday, November 2, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, Blue Hill, Nebraska with Pastor Dan Albers officiating.  There will be no viewing or visitation as he was cremated.  Memorials can be directed to the family.  Private family burial will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Campbell, Nebraska.  Private condolences may be sent to the family at www.mertenbutlermortuary.com.  Merten-Butler Mortuary, Blue Hill, Nebraska is in charge of arrangements. 

Teddi was born on July 6, 1962 to Kenneth E. and Betty M. (Jameson) Schriner in Hastings, Nebraska.  He graduated from Blue Hill High School in 1981 where he was active in 4-H and FFA.  He had lived on a Dairy Farm outside of Guide Rock until 2007 and then he moved to Lawrence.  He had worked at M & P Land Company, home healthcare, was a Nights Shift Taxi Driver and at Hastings Hyde.  The last few years he had lived in nursing homes in Kenesaw, Grand Island and Milford.  Teddi was an avid hunter and fisherman and liked to read, western movies, working on the farm and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Teddi is survived by one brother; Bernard, Lincoln, Nebraska, two sisters; Susan Carman, Lincoln, Nebraska and Cindy Schriner, Lincoln, Nebraska, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother; Fred and nephew; Rocky Schriner.
